  I had a meeting with a Hulu rep today & asked about the ACC Network (they have it through a partnership with ESPN). After seeing their value prop & market trend research, I’m thinking that I should just cut the cord. I pay @comcastcares way too much to not have the ACC Network.

  I ******* give up. I can’t use a Fios login on my @espn app when I’m on a Comcast network. I just wanted to watch my Pitt sports tonight and I’ve lost an hour and a half of my life along with $5. Now I’m just super angry.

  @PghSki17 @Xfinity I made the break! Sort of. I moved from my house in Lawrenceville. Dumped $275/month Xfinity package that I had. Got an apartment off of McKnight Road. Only option for internet is Xfinity. Signed up for Hulu plus live TV. I am now paying $115/month. And I now have the ACC Network

  @comcastcares Just so many channels that used to be included and standard are gone, now the premier cable provider doesn't carry the local ACC Network, disappointing. Like the blast internet or i wouid have already switched to dish

  @April_Sassy @comcastcares I used to have FiOS and I wasn’t fond of them either. But I’m not being rewarded for my loyalty. My current price point is rather high for one person with the Sports package. And the ACC Network should be added to the Sports package. They can take the SEC Network away instead.

  After being a @comcast @Xfinity customer my entire life, I decided to switch providers. I went to the new Xfinity store in Fox Chapel to cancel. They did not ask why. They did not ask if they could do something to keep me. They didn’t give a single shit. Validated my decision.

  @fantabulous937 Blame Comcast. They are holding out. It has nothing to do with the individual schools. I cut ties with them two weeks ago, it went with Hulu streaming TV, just to get the network. I’ll end up saving about $1900 per year.

  @comcastcares I already know 3 people who have switched to another provider over ACCN. I’m out of contract & could get a better deal elsewhere with the ACCN. I’ve been a customer for 9 years & purchase the sports package-I want live sports. The YouTube channel doesn’t sound like it has that.

  I have Comcast and so far they are not picking up the ACC network. Hopefully they will make a deal soon but if they don't I'm wondering if another station can pick up those broadcasts especially football.

  It's s sad really. Xfinity has hidden the links to discontinue service. SO I resorting to this media to get help. Google Fiber came out yesterday and installed 100 MB Fiber to the wireless access point. In fact Google gave me two Mesh Google wifi units for less money.

  @DevorahLeah One more tip - if you want to speak to someone at Comcast, just keep hitting the cancelation prompt at the auto attendant. Keep saying “disconnect” and you’ll speak to someone very quickly. It’s the customer loyalty department (retention), but they’ll transfer to tech support.

  @comcast is a joke. @comcast and any division of comcast do not care about their customers. They will do nothing to fix a problem they have admitted to. Check your upload speeds from time to time. You are NOT getting the service they promise you.

  So we're switching the dish network for TV but not the Internet. We still have Comcast for that and I'm standing here right now in front of my router and all it's doing is blinking an orange light connecting to the Internet but there's no data go through.
